01Services

Locust Websites provides website design, AI voice receptionist setup, website chat, and related marketing services to small businesses. Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing are outlined in individual service agreements provided to each client.

02Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to use our services.

03SMS and Messaging Consent

By providing your phone number to Locust Websites through our website, contact forms, chat widget, or any other channel, you consent to receive SMS text messages from Locust Websites for the following purposes:

• Responding to your inquiries
• Appointment reminders and confirmations
• Service updates and notifications
• Marketing and promotional messages

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time. Reply HELP for assistance. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any message. After opting out, you will receive a confirmation message and no further SMS will be sent unless you opt back in.

We will not share your mobile phone number, SMS opt-in consent, or any related information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Your information is used solely for our communication with you regarding our services.

04Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in individual service agreements. Most engagements involve an initial setup fee and recurring monthly service fees. We accept major credit cards and ACH payments.

05Cancellation

You may cancel our services at any time. Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund of fees already paid for the current billing period unless otherwise specified in your service agreement. Service-level commitments end at the conclusion of your current paid period.

06Intellectual Property

Websites, designs, and content created by Locust Websites for clients become the property of the client upon full payment, except for any third-party assets, fonts, or stock imagery that retain their original licenses.

07Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate business information, content, images, and access credentials needed to complete their projects. Delays caused by client unresponsiveness do not extend our service obligations.

08Limitations of Liability

Locust Websites' total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or our services is limited to the amount paid by the client in the three months prior to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

09Termination

We reserve the right to terminate services to any client who violates these Terms, fails to pay invoices, or engages in abusive behavior toward our team.

10Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or website notice. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.

11Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Dakota. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Hamlin County, South Dakota.
